Minimum Qualifications

• Contractor’s License
• Worker’s Compensation Insurance
• Worker’s Compensation/Employer’s Liability – Statutory
• Bodily Injury by Accident/ Disease $100,000 ea accident
• Bodily Injury by Accident/ Disease $100,000 ea employee
• Bodily Injury by Accident/ Disease $500,000 policy limit
• Commercial General Liability Insurance
• GC must procure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit.
• Automobile Liability Insurance
• GC must procure and maintain Automobile Liability Insurance in the amount not less than $500,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limit.
• Builder’s Risk Insurance – New Construction Only
• GC shall procure and maintain Builder’s Risk Insurance which provides “All –Risk” coverage on the buildings, structure or work and property of client in the care, custody and control of the GC. The amount of such insurance shall at all times be equal to 100 percent of the value of the contract work at the time of loss or 100 percent of the amount paid to the GC for work performed, whichever is greater.
• Performance Bond – City of Atlanta projects – Grantee shall cause any/all Contractor to furnish a Performance Bond to the City in an amount equal to 100 percent of the total contract/agreement.
