Programs

The MAC offers programmatic services for the City of Atlanta’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program and the Atlanta Renewal Community CoRA, Inc.’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program.

The Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Programs are designed to assist low – moderate income individuals who need repairs to their home.

The City of Atlanta has a high priority to assist individuals who are disabled and have attained the age of 62 or older. The individuals must reside in and own the property within the appropriate target areas to qualify for assistance.

The MAC provides the management of the rehabilitation services to the home owners. Rehabilitation work is limited to violations and improvements to failing mechanical systems (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural).
